NumDojo is committed to making mathematics education accessible to all learners. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and continuously work to improve accessibility across our platform.

Accessibility Features

• Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard
• Dark Mode: Reduces eye strain and improves readability in low-light environments
• Responsive Design: Optimized for screens from 320px to 1920px
• Age-Appropriate Themes: Adjusted font sizes and contrast for different age groups
• Semantic HTML: Proper heading hierarchy and ARIA labels for screen readers

Known Limitations

Some features, particularly the Soroban (abacus) visual simulator and real-time battle animations, may have limited accessibility for screen reader users. We are actively working on text-based alternatives.
